JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator to join one of Canada's largest retail and wellness Companies to be onsite four day per week at their downtown Vancouver office. The Project Coordinator will be joining the Cyber, Cloud and Infrastructure Team that focusses on Windows and Apple device deployment and enhancements. The ideal candidate will be engaging with various stakeholders to ensure on time and proper delivery of different initiatives within the Apple space. This person will need to have good communication skills, both written and oral, and will also need to have strong multitasking abilities as they will be working on multiple projects at once.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role - Has experience managing end to end IT delivery projects (either software or hardware focused) - Has experience managing/coordinating project roadmaps and timelines - Has strong reporting skills with the ability to identify flags/risks and will support/run weekly update meetings - Has experience managing multiple projects at a time

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Has experience with Jira and Confluence - Experience with smartsheets
