Job Title: AI Chatbot Solution Architect

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and 1 Friday/month at 161 Bay St)

Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months (high potential for extension or full-time conversion)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced conversational AI solutions. You'll work with cutting-edge frameworks and cloud-native architectures to support a major chatbot initiative for a large enterprise client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, secure AI chatbot solutions using LLMs and agentic AI tools (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
• Define AI roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders on user journeys and conversation flows
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, integrating APIs, microservices, and cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive alignment across tech and business teams

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years in AI/ML development with experience in RAG and agentic AI
• 3+ years in architecture/design roles
• Experience with LLMs, cloud platforms, and DevOps pipelines
• Strong stakeholder communication and delivery leadership

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience building chatbots
• Banking or financial services background
• Knowledge of Collibra, Docker/Kubernetes
