Network LAN WAN Troubleshoot and resolve network issues such as issues related to LANWAN Configure network devices Skills TCPIP BGPOSPF DHCP DNS Cisco RuckusAristaNetwork Security Troubleshoot issues related to firewall devices Require expertise with palo alto firewalls Perform firewall upgrades Skills Palo alto SD WAN IPSEC Wireless Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity issues Configure wireless controller Require expertise with Cisco and Ruckus wireless technology Skills Cisco Ruckus80211X MAB CAPWAP Network monitoring and optimization Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify issue and resolve issue Perform health check and make sure network is good Skills Total view or similar Network monitoring system NMS

Voice Troubleshoot with VoIP and unified communications such as Cisco on-premises and RingCentral Cloud Troubleshoot POTS line issues with vendor Supplier Skills Cisco UC RingCentral Vendor Management Work with various vendors such as ISP supplier onsite contractors to resolve issues Documentations Create and maintain network documentation such as SOPs Ensure documentation is up to date and reelects the current state of the network infrastructure
