About the Role
Genieve Morison (she/they)-founder of Empowered Living Holistic Counselling and co-founder of The Den Wellness Collective-is looking for a grounded, kind, and highly organized personal assistant to join her team in a trusted, in-person role.
This position is about so much more than admin-it's about creating ease, structure, and space in both the professional and personal sides of Genieve's life. You'll be supporting the operations behind meaningful, heart-led ventures while also helping Genieve stay balanced, focused, and present for the work they do in the world.
Empowered Living is a trauma-informed counselling practice offering inclusive mental health support with a focus on LGBTQ2SIA+ and BIPOC communities. Services are available in person at The Den, online for convenience, and on-site at workplaces throughout Vancouver.
The Den Wellness Collective is a wellness space on a mission to change the narrative of health-care by offering holistic services in a non-clinical, cozy, sensory-specific environment.
Both are rooted in values of community, care, and accessibility.

Professional Responsibilities
- Email & Communication Support
- Manage Genieve's inbox and correspond with current and potential business contacts, including new clients and collaborators for The Den Wellness Collective.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Oversee daily and weekly scheduling, reschedule meetings as needed, and ensure Genieve's calendar flows smoothly and realistically - including last-minute adjustments.
- Invoice & Financial Coordination
- Assist with sending and receiving invoices from clients and the counselling team, collaborate with the bookkeeper, and generate monthly reports from the Jane App.
- On-Site & Administrative Support at The Den
- Help manage the physical space by running errands, organizing supplies, printing materials, and assisting with shipping or studio-related tasks.
- Using tools like ChatGPT to streamline communication, draft materials, and support working smarter, not harder
Personal Responsibilities
- Laundry & Household Errands
- Pick up and drop off laundry at the laundromat; ensure basic errands are taken care of to keep things flowing at home.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Book and manage personal appointments (e.g. wellness, health, grooming).
- Pet Care
- Occasionally take Genieve's adorable, hypoallergenic therapy dog for walks.
- Errands & Pickups
- Pick up prescriptions, pet supplies, and other personal items.
- Mail & Correspondence
- Assist with sending out personal mail and packages.
Who You Are:
- Warm, grounded, and values-driven
- Comfortable working independently and intuitively
- Highly organized and a clear communicator
- Experienced with administrative or assistant work
- Bonus: familiar with ChatGPT and AI tools, and open to creative workflows
You must have:
- Executive Assistant experience
- Your own car
- Drivers License
- Initiative & Confidence
- Location : Vancouver, BC (must live in Vancouver not Richmond, Burnbaby, North Van etc.)
