Location: Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid - In-Office & Remote)

Industry: Staffing & Recruitment

Experience Level: Intermediate (3-5+ years)

Language Requirement: Fully Bilingual (French & English)

We are a dynamic, fast-growing staffing and recruitment agency based in Montreal, specializing in matching top talent with leading companies across Quebec and beyond. With a strong presence in both the Engineering/Industrial and IT sectors, we are expanding our team and looking for driven, client-focused Account Managers to support our continued growth.

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be a key player in managing and growing client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. You'll balance maintaining current client accounts with developing new business opportunities, working closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure successful placements.

We are hiring two profiles for this role:

  • One focused on our Engineering and Industrial division
  • One focused on our Information Technology (IT) division

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients; serve as their primary point of contact for staffing needs.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with prospective clients in your division (Engineering/Industrial or IT).
  • Needs Analysis & Consultation:
  • Meet with clients to understand their workforce needs and tailor staffing solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaboration with Recruiters:
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment on client expectations and the successful delivery of top-tier candidates.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay informed on industry trends and labor market conditions relevant to your sector (engineering/industrial or IT).
  • Contract Negotiation & Management:
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients and oversee the delivery of services, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or account management within Quebec.
  • Proven experience managing both existing accounts and generating new business.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fully bilingual in French and English - both written and spoken.
  • Sector Knowledge:
  • For the Engineering/Industrial role: Familiarity with manufacturing, construction, engineering services, or skilled trades is highly desirable.
  • For the IT role: Knowledge of technology stacks, digital transformation, or software development environments is strongly preferred.
  • Location & Flexibility:
  • Based in or around Montreal with the ability to work in a hybrid model (minimum 2-3 days in office/client-facing).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills. A natural relationship-builder with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
