Didn't get extensive rehab training in school? No problem. We'll train you, step by step, to become a confident, in-demand rehab professional.

What We're Looking For:

Kinesiology Degree + BCAK Registered (or in process)
Driven to Learn - You want exposure to many case types and enjoy seeing real patient results.
Team-Oriented - You thrive in collaborative environments and love contributing to bigger-picture outcomes.
Client-Focused - You want to make a difference, not just run checklists.
Open to Growth - You're coachable and motivated to evolve into an expert.

What You'll Do:
Design and deliver active rehab programs for a mix of your own KIN clients and shared physio cases
Guide clients through gym-based recovery, injury prevention, and functional return
Track progress, communicate with the care team, and adapt plans for maximum outcomes
Empower patients through education and engagement every step of the way

Compensation & Perks:
Guaranteed Base Pay: Starting at $25/hour
Commission-Based Growth: Earn up to $35+/hr. based on client engagement and caseload
