We are looking for a skilled OneStream Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions using the OneStream XF platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, data integration, and corporate performance management tools. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy solutions in the OneStream XF platform
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Develop business rules, workflows, dashboards, and reports within OneStream
• Create and maintain data integrations from source systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses)
• Manage and support data loads, consolidations, calculations, and reporting cycles
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements
• Provide end-user training and support for OneStream applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance
• Document technical processes and maintain change logs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with OneStream XF or other EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC)
• Proficiency in SQL, VB.NET, or other scripting languages
• Experience with financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• OneStream Certification (Architect or Administrator)
• Experience with cloud-based deployments
• Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., FDMEE, ODI, or similar)
• Prior experience in Finance or Big 4 consulting environments
