Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT industry, with a strong preference for those who have worked in high-tech environments such as digital engineering, semiconductors, and SaaS (Software as a Service). Experience in high-volume hiring is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or high-tech industry.
- Exposure to hiring for digital engineering or semiconductor roles is a plus.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
