One of our clients in the fleet management and IOT space is looking for their next great team lead to join them!

Responsibilities:

Oversee the design and development of the IOX platform across bare-metal, RTOS, or Embedded Linux environments, ensuring adherence to coding standards, conducting peer code reviews, and guiding technical implementation.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives), lead departmental meetings, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive execution quality, project delivery, and continuous improvement in development processes.

Mentor developers, provide technical guidance in collaboration with Lead developers, coach team members, and support career development and performance management processes.

Serve as a Change Approver in Geotab's Change Management process, and proactively identify and address team needs such as resources, skills, and tools in coordination with leadership.

Maintain clear documentation, contribute to the evolution of development standards, policies, and best practices, and support global strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals.
