- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in database development and administration.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database security, replication, and high availability.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
