About the Role: Retail & Marketing Associate

We're looking for a friendly face and go-getter spirit to join our team as a Retail & Marketing Associate (Saturdays only: 11 AM-6 PM) at our Vancouver retail store. If you're passionate about fashion, love connecting with people, and can juggle tasks with a smile, this role might just fit like your favorite shirt.

Perfect for students in fashion, design, marketing, or anyone wanting to gain real-world retail and brand experience while studying.

What You'll Do (A.K.A. your bag of tricks):

• Welcome and engage customers like they're walking into a friend's closet
• Keep our store looking its best and stocked with our standout styles
• Manage inventory and make sure everything's in its place
• Create fun and engaging content for email and social media
• Assist with website updates (Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
• Help spread the Poplin magic, both in-store and online

What You Bring (Besides Good Vibes):

• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
• A natural people-person who loves delivering great customer experiences
• Comfortable with tech (social media, Google Sheets, Shopify, etc.)
• Retail or marketing experience? Bonus points!
• A self-starter who's organized, adaptable, and eager to learn
