These are four open roles:

o IT Business Analyst - Project Management applications (Oracle PPM, P6, InEight Cloud, i2)

o IT Business Analyst - SCM - Maintenance and Manufacturing

o IT Business Analyst - Data controls - Oracle Risk Management Cloud (security and controls)

o IT Business Analyst - Human Capital Management

• Base Salary ( taking into consideration other benefits, including profit share)

Strategy and Planning:

• Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues

• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems

• Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions

Operations Management:

• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems

• Develop and configure reports to improve financial reporting and analysis

• Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house systems

• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, post-implementation support

• Provide training to end-users for all modified and new systems

• Learn, design and build reporting using proprietary tools in other third-party solutions

• Work with and assist project teams on implementation or upgrades of new and existing business solutions
