National Sales Manager to lead Canadian sales efforts and play a key role in shaping our broader North American strategy. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for leading a regional sales team, managing key accounts directly, and aligning cross-border strategies to fuel continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a growing team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Account Managers (AMs) across Canada.
- Maintain direct relationships with Canada's most strategic customers.
- Develop structured prospecting plans for both dealer and end-user growth.
- Analyze time allocation across the team and optimize focus between new and existing accounts.
- Ensure field activity aligns with national priorities and target verticals.
- Drive accountability through monthly performance tracking and CRM reporting discipline.
- Act as a Key Account Manager for selected high-value accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the U.S. Sales Manager and global team to align strategy across North America.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- A proven sales leader with 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing team.
- Background in workwear, PPE, footwear, or premium power tools is highly valued.
- Passionate about premium brands-ideally with exposure to the outdoor or performance apparel space.
- Highly accountable and process-oriented-comfortable with reporting, forecasting, and team coaching.
- A clear communicator who builds trust with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Balanced in your approach-strategic in planning, but energized by day-to-day execution.
- A strong collaborator with a hands-on mindset.

- Base Salary $100k- $130k + Bonus + Commission
