Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for executing prospecting strategies to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities across North America.

The SDR holds a key and unique position as the first point of contact in the sales cycle, working closely with Account Executives and Marketing to qualify prospects at the top of the funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound sequences (including calls, email, and social LinkedIn presence) with a focus on cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and generate opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Account Executives.
  • Facilitate and lead discovery calls with prospects to understand customer pain points and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Work closely with the Account Executives to find new accounts and determine best practices.
  • Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats and referrals at a given time.
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities to build future pipeline potential.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities, pipeline contribution, and other KPIs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong communications skills (confident and clear on the phone)
  • Highly organized, motivated and focused
  • Comfortable following a structured outbound rhythm
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Curious about staffing workflows and solving operational problems

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with SaaS applications.
  • Proven track record in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Experience in Hospitality, Event Services, Experiential or Staffing
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM and prospecting tools
