Associate General Counsel

8-10+ Years, Corporate M&A

Our client is a steadily growing technology company with a global footprint. With that growth comes a need to hire additional in-house counsel to assist with mergers and acquisitions work as well as general corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of post-call corporate transactional experience from a major law firm and/or a sophisticated in-house legal department. You will be responsible for acquisitions of various sizes. You must be adaptable, business-minded, and able to work collaboratively.

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys the fast pace of transactional work and is not afraid to give business advice in addition to legal. A candidate in the 4-7 year range would also be considered, but the job title would not be AGC.
