As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Client Support Assistant to join our amazing team in Montreal, QC.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Client Support Assistant to support key operational tasks, client coordination, and day-to-day logistics. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional client satisfaction, and the effective execution of promotional and PR projects. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
Administrative Support and Client Service:
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the operations team.
- Provide exceptional customer and client service to our diverse customer base across North America, Europe, Mexico, and Australia.
Logistics and Shipping Coordination:
- Handle the paperwork for booking trucks and preparing customs documents.
- Coordinate shipments, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Prepare all necessary shipping documentation and track shipments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with shipping providers and resolve any delivery-related issues.
E-commerce and Inventory Management:
- Process e-commerce orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, updating records, and assisting with regular audits.
- Address discrepancies and ensure alignment between physical and digital inventory.
Promotional and PR Tasks:
- Assist the team with various projects related to promotions and public relations.
- Help manage and coordinate PR initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively.
- Support the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.
General Logistics Coordination:
- Support day-to-day logistics operations, including managing schedules, optimizing workflows, and improving processes.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain records of shipping activities and operational tasks to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and standards.
Who Are You?
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You excel at managing tasks efficiently while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with platforms like Shopify (preferred).
- Collaborative Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in French is a plus.
- Experienced in Administration: 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or client support is preferred.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in French is a plus
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
