Job Title: Space Planner
Location: Bolton, ON; 4 days a week
Overview:
Are you passionate about blending data-driven decision-making with visual merchandising? We're looking for a Space Planner to join our dynamic Space Planning & Analytics team. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Senior Space Planner to design and maintain high-impact planograms (POGs) that drive product performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency across our stores.
You'll use JDA Space Planning software to bring merchandising strategies to life-translating assortment plans into optimized layouts that reflect our brand's commitment to visual excellence and profitability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate performance data, and play a key role in evolving how we think about space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop Planograms: Build efficient and visually appealing planograms in JDA based on merchandising strategies, visual guidelines, and store-specific requirements.
- Performance & Optimization: Analyze POGs for space productivity, sales, profitability, and inventory efficiency-recommending improvements to enhance both customer experience and store operations.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with category managers, visual merchandisers, and other key stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, align on strategy, and ensure flawless execution.
- Store Readiness & Accuracy: Ensure planograms reflect real-world conditions (bay count, fixtures, dimensions), conduct quality checks, and support store execution through pre-walk feedback and SLA-driven follow-ups.
- Contribute to Innovation: Get involved in high-impact special projects aimed at pushing the boundaries of space planning best practices.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year in current role and a strong performance record (M+ code)
- 2-3 years of relevant business or retail experience
- Proficiency in JDA Space Planning Software and Excel (MS Access is an asset)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field-or equivalent combination of education and experience
