We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the overall management of patient needs. This position offers opportunities in LTC , in Williams Lake. All shifts available. To start as soon as possible.

This is a travel position, all accommodation and travel costs will be covered. We are looking for a minimum of a 3 month commitment.

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, utilizing a trauma informed, patient centered approach

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Lead training/counseling groups

- Initial and ongoing assessments throughout treatment

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license with BCCNM required
Valid Negative TB Test or TB Xray
N95 Mask Fit Certificate
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Adults Sector
CPR Level C
Immunization Schedule
