OpenText Exstream OTE Developer (Contract Position)

Number of Positions: 1 Duration: 5 months initial contract

Location: Markham, ON, CA

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybri position, 3d/w onsite in Markham 7hr/d billing, no exceptions

Roles and responsibilities

1. 'Design and Build Templates in OpenText Exstream solutions to meet business requirements.

2. Develop and maintain document generation solutions using OpenText Exstream.

3. Translate technical and/or design specifications into code for new or enhancement projects.

Looking for a talented OpenText Exstream Developer to join our team and help design,

build and optimize document generation solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with

OpenText Exstream, including its Cloud Native edition, and a strong understanding of system

integration and performance optimization.

• Design and build templates in OpenText Exstream to meet business and regulatory

requirements.

• Develop and maintain document generation solutions using OpenText Exstream.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Exstream with enterprise systems.

• Translate technical and design specifications into scalable, maintainable code.

• Optimize existing solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Work with the Cloud Native edition of OpenText Exstream and support its SaaS

implementation.

• Write and maintain SQL scripts and Spring Boot-based services for data integration and

automation.

Must have skills/experience/qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with OpenText Exstream (including Cloud Native edition).

• Strong knowledge of document composition and customer communication workflows.

• Proficiency in Spring Boot and SQL scripting.

• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and scripting languages.

• Experience with data integration and automation.

• Experience with SaaS-based implementations and cloud-native architectures.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
