JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Polisher - Finisher to add his/her expertise to our team.

Responsibilities

• Study specifications & drawings of articles requiring finishing.
• Sand veneer, hardwood and other materials for preparation of topcoat process preparation.
• Create stain recipe on samples in order to obtain customer approval.
• Apply stain as per requirements.
• Sand varnish according to company standards, maintaining flatness & removing defects.
• Operate relevant tools and machines for sanding & polishing tasks.
• Pay attention to detail and ensure quality of craftsmanship.

Skills and qualifications

• Completed a vocational training in finishing.
• Competent in polishing high-end products.
• Possess excellent manual skills.
• Able to read and interpret drawings.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
• Possess a min of 2 years of similar or equivalent professional work experience.

Required experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Aerospace
