Title: Marketing Manager - (Bilingual)

What's This Role About?
You're being hired as a Marketing Manager in the Advice Marketing team of a large financial company. Your job is to create and run smart marketing campaigns that help promote the company's insurance products (mostly sold to businesses, not individuals).
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Lead Marketing Campaigns:
- Think of ideas, plan, and manage marketing efforts from start to finish.
- Work on digital ads, emails, social media, and content to reach insurance advisors and partners.
- Work With Teams:
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, digital experts, and other departments like sales or product teams.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and outside partners.
- Focus on Results:
- Make sure your campaigns help the company sell more insurance or engage more customers.
- Use data and analytics to see what's working and make improvements.
- Budget & Reporting:
- Handle the marketing budget and track spending.
- Report on how well campaigns are doing and adjust based on performance.
Who They're Looking For:
- Someone with 8+ years of marketing experience, especially in digital, social media, and email marketing.
- Must be fluent in English and French.
- Strong at using data and insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Good at working with different teams and managing projects.
- Bonus if you've worked in insurance or financial services before.
