Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's degree with good years of analyst or product management experience focused on IT Systems.

2. Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, Verification, and methodology development.

3. Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including Planning, organizing, and managing resources.

4. Experience or familiarity with working in an Agile methodology.

5. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

6. Proven self-starter with the ability to manage under minimum supervision with input from several internal departments.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus.

8. Prior experience with quality assurance is a plus but not required.

9. Airline or travel industry experience is a plus but not required.

10. Coding or design experience is a plus but not required.

11. API spec development and solution design understanding.

12. Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

13. AWS solution understanding is a plus but not required.

14. Domain experience is a plus point.

Responsibilities:

1. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs

2. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

3. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

4. Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications

5. Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved use cases

6. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

8. Gather requirements from Product Owner

9. Create Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and managed User stories.

10. Lead daily stand-ups and meetings.

11. Hands on JIRA and detailed user story creation

12. Works directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements needed to support product development activities. This will include both new and improvement initiatives.

13. Produce clear and detailed feature specification documents.

14. Analyzes raw data and reports to incorporate analysis into requirements documents.

15. Works in conjunction with the software development teams to ensure deliverables meet the requirements identified.

16. Assist with production support issues and production releases, as required.

17. Delivers high-quality standards for acceptance tests and testing scenarios.

18. Maps business processes, business rules, system requirements, exceptions, and error states.

19. Develops and executes project plans for specific assigned initiatives and provides support to team members. Sets and adheres to schedules, deadlines and project deliverables.

20. Analyze and modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering existing systems Capabilities/limitations and business needs.

21. Keep systems documentation up to date.
