Schedule Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
Typical Day in Role / Responsibilities:
• Work closely with end users, and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis and requirements assessments as needed
• Partner with Architecture on understanding the design and integration
• Create impact analysis document, User stories, Design workflows for implementation
• Deliver and enhance new and current solutions and applications
• Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable and complete specifications, writing production quality code, and implementation
• Understand existing database schema, identify gaps and recommend solutions
• Design test sets and automate where possible, including functional and non-functional testing, regression testing as well as performance testing
• Support the solution in production (as needed)
• Improve the end user experience by finding scalable solutions and addressing complex ad hoc queries.
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Coach and train end users (as needed).
• Participate and run SCRUM Meetings (as needed).
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 10+ years' experience as a BSA, with 3+ years' experience as a technical lead
2. 2+ years' recent experience with Salesforce CRM
3. Recent experience writing intermediate SQL/SoQL queries
4. Capital markets and global banking experience is required
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Financial services experience is a plus around AML, KYC, and/or Compliance
Best vs average: The ideal candidate will have very strong Salesforce experience. They would be a strong technical lead (not a people manager), who has significant experience with integration and enterprise level solutioning. Candidates will be data oriented.
