Since launching in 2015, we've grown into a North American leader in aluminum can decoration, specializing in shrink sleeves and digital printing. Our Guelph facility houses cutting-edge tech, including the first Velox direct-to-can digital printer on the continent. Now, we're looking for an experienced Customer Service & Inside Sales Manager to join our leadership team and help us raise the bar even higher.

What You'll Do

This isn't your average manager role. You'll lead and grow a passionate, fast-moving team of 10 (and counting), help shape customer relationships, and drive our inside sales strategy. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead the Team: Coach, mentor, and support your team to stay sharp, motivated, and ready to crush goals.
• Own Customer Relationships: Make sure every client gets the outstanding service we're known for-smooth communication, fast resolutions, and follow-through.
• Drive Sales Growth: Develop smart strategies to grow our customer base and hit revenue targets.
• Streamline & Improve: Look for ways to make our processes smarter and more efficient, using tools and tech to your advantage.
• Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with production, logistics, and marketing to keep everything running smoothly and keep customers happy.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years in a leadership role focused on customer service and inside sales
• Experience managing teams of 10+ and a solid track record of hitting performance and sales goals
• Ideally, some background in printing, packaging, or a related industry (or the ability to pick it up quickly)
• Great communication, people skills, and a problem-solver's mindset
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
