What do you bring?
- 10+ years in senior risk roles - insurance or adjacent financial services
- A track record of building and scaling enterprise risk frameworks
- Experience engaging with boards, audit, and risk committees
- A commercial mindset, clear communicator, and collaborative partner
- A future-focused approach: data-aware, tech-comfortable, and strategically sharp
- Designations like CRM, FCIP, CPA, or MBA are a definite advantage - but mindset and leadership matter more
What's On the Table?
- Base Salary: $210,000 - $250,000, depending on the experience you bring
- Annual Bonus: 20% - 35% performance-based
- Total Compensation Potential: $250,000 - $340,000+
