Your new role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Interim Health Programs Officer to support the administration of the Immunization Competency Program. This role involves documentation review, certification issuance, and customer service support for nurses and immunization teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer the Immunization Competency Program, ensuring smooth program operations.
- Respond to inquiries from nurses and healthcare professionals regarding program details.
- Review submitted documentation and issue appropriate certifications.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to health programs.
- Develop and document process maps using Visio for improved workflow clarity.
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous administrative experience with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, particularly in interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Experience with Excel and SharePoint for documentation and data management.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
