Tag is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the resourcing for a global creative and studio production team supporting a large premiere client. This role involves managing team resources across varying skill levels and capabilities, as well as supporting cross-agency resourcing to meet specific project needs and program requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as a central liaison between account management, production, project management, and creative, ensuring forecasting alignment and operational efficiency.
About the Role
In addition to resourcing, this person will play an integral role in evolving the onboarding documentation, training materials, and internal communication on the account. They will also be responsible for maintaining cross-capability relationships, staff development, and day-to-day team management. The ideal candidate for this role will be a balanced combination of delivery workflow expert, resource manager, strategic planner, and peer advocate. They must thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of both organization and flexibility within that.
Responsibilities
- Manage & maintain the resource management tool (Workfront/SmartSheet), ensuring accuracy in staffing, capacity planning, and operational scalability.
- Day to day assigning appropriate task to talent to meet the schedule and quality demands.
- Partner with Resource Management team on additional team needs and oversee 100% retained resources (all disciplines) on the account and monitor proper team utilization.
- Owns staying on top of forecasting - ebbs and flows due to quarterly nature of client budgeting with us in the current state and how that impacts workforce planning internally.
- Drive capability integration across creative, production, and delivery disciplines, ensuring alignment and interoperability.
- Oversee the CRER process for all permanent and freelance resourcing needs on the account.
- Lead both workflow and resource forecasting exercises.
- Determining when after hours and weekend work is needed, and ensuring teams are supported.
- Informing teams of team out of offices, with planned backfill solutions.
- Oversee entry of flexible time off (FTO) submissions into RM tool.
- Demonstrates excellent time and project management skills, with a strong ability to assess resource limitations and align them with demanding schedules.
- Ability to develop talent and bring out the best in your resources.
- Owner of quarterly budgeting operations from a people ops standpoint, again as it pertains to our workforce planning, utilization, hires, removals etc. so that we can move more nimbly.
- Maintain comprehensive account documentation-including onboarding materials, training guides, process workflows, presentation deck templates, and client requirements-to ensure all team members stay aligned and informed.
- Function as a facilitator for internal and external process implementation governance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments and new applications, specifically how AI can enhance the workflow.
Leadership
- Work closely with department leadership and global program director on documentation of: best practices, ways of working, client mandatories, and standard operating procedures.
- Demonstrate a strategic approach to organizing projects, resources, ways of working, and best practices.
- Work closely with account, creative, and PM leads on the business to ensure we are solving for resourcing challenges and obstacles and continuing to evolve with client needs while staying compliant with creative agency of record (AOR).
- Report up any escalations, flags, or updates to senior most leads on the business.
- Have a strong voice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and not shy away from important conversations.
- Demonstrate ability to work with C-level executives internally and externally.

Qualifications
- 8-10 years of creative production industry experience.
- Background in an integrated agency environment, including resource and/or project management, as well as experience and understanding of the production process in agile method workflow.
- Experience crafting presentation narratives and process documentation.
- Deep understanding of agency workflow and delivery management.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, positive, solution-oriented mindset and exceptional communication skills.
- Proven track record managing 360 campaigns, ideally on a global scale.
- High emotional intelligence, anticipate resource burnout.
- Proven ability to lead meetings with multiple stakeholders, including account leadership.
- Knowledge of Figma and performance creative a bonus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, and/or similar PM/Ops platforms - knowledge of Adobe ecosystem is a plus.
