Location: Guelph, Ontario

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Connected Vehicles is currently seeking for a candidate for the position of Office Administrator located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly face (and voice!) of Connected Vehicles - answering phones and greeting visitors like a pro.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages.
  • Keep our office stocked, stylish, and functional - from pens to printer toner.
  • Help ensure accurate payroll by verifying time sheets and vacation schedules.
  • Maintain collection goals and complete receipts for third parties as required.
  • Match, post, billing and invoicing-keep track of all the documentation for Accounting department.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Receivable with reconciliation and data entry.
  • Track warranties and maintain organized records.
  • Stay on top of daily tasks and reports to help keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Jump into other tasks as needed - we love a team player!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of office experience (You know how to keep things in order!)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • A personality that shines - friendly, approachable, and professional.
  • A love for deadlines and an appreciation for checklists.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A College Diploma is a plus!
  • A valid G Class driver's license.
  • Experience with CRM software? That's a bonus!
