Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase, sale, and mortgage transactions in residential and commercial real estate.
- Develop and implement estate plans and handle estate administration.
- Draft real estate and business agreements, estate planning documents, and oversee business transactions.
- Review corporate records, assess legal risks, and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both family and business clients.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Minimum of 5 years post-call experience in real estate, estate planning, and/or corporate law.
- Strong client management skills with proficiency in communication and document drafting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Collingwood and integrate into the community.
