Blue Lagoon Resources is a Canadian mining company focused on the development of its 100% owned Dome Mountain Gold Project in British Columbia. With full permits received in February 2025, the company is preparing to commence gold production in Q3 2025.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mine Health and Safety Manager to lead our health and safety initiatives at the Dome Mountain Mine. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace as we ramp up operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce the Health and Safety Program
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify potential health hazards
• Manage compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Update and maintain Health and Safety documentation
• Train and lead mine rescue teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in underground mining operations
• Knowledge of WorkSafe BC regulations and the Health, Safety and Reclamation Code for Mines in BC
• Experience in training and managing mine rescue team a must
• Strong computer skills for data entry and report writing
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Hygiene, Science, or Health and Safety
• Membership with CRBOH or Health and Safety Professionals Canada (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and Basic First Aid certification
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
