WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

SCHEDULE:
32-40 hours
Monday to Friday - No evenings or weekends!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3-5 years of experience in dental office management, dental reception, dental administration, or as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).
CDA experience is considered an asset, willing to train the right candidate
Experience with Power Practice is considered an asset
Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Strong customer service skills
