Project Coordinator

12 Month Contract + Extensions

Hybrid Calgary - 3 days onsite

One of our largest agricultural clients is looking to bring in a project coordinator to join their retail team for a 1 year contract to help with the Digital Supply Chain project. The individual will be responsible for working with the sites and retail field

What you will do:

• Provide organizational and administrative support to project managers and project teams

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation

• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items

• Track project progress, update timelines, and assist in monitoring budgets and deliverables

• Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and other departments to ensure project alignment and resolve issues

• Help maintain project documentation and manage ongoing project reporting

• Support the project through all phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring that tasks are completed and objectives are met

• Utilize data analytics and technology to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into supply chain operations

Identify, communicate, and manage risk associated with the project/scope

What you will bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordinator role

Ability to effectively communicate, written and oral, with a variety of stakeholders - internal and external

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Highly motivated

Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite

Working knowledge of Jira is an asset

Familiarity with Agile methodology for project delivery

Experience with project coordination, construction management, supervision, quality assurance/control, and procurement are all considered assets

Experience in digital supply chain management and implementation of digital solutions

Knowledge of data analytics and technology applications in supply chain optimization is an asset
