Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Specialist to design and implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions. The role involves assisting with needs assessment, conducting product demonstrations, developing configurations, integrating third-party applications, and providing training and support. Additionally, the specialist will offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance data, and recommend optimization strategies. Ideal candidates will have experience with Genesys Cloud, strong API knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and technical teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with the Genesys Cloud platform
  • Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with third party applications
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and security principles
  • Experience with designing and leading a Genesys Cloud implementation (or upgrade/migration)
  • Bilingual French and English (comfort working with French speaking clients)

Compensation:

$45/hr to $55/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
