Iris's client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst (Securities Lending / Custody Experience)for a long term contract opportunity.

Bank is serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services.

Position: Business Analyst (Securities Lending / Custody Experience)

Location: Toronto, ON (3 Days Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Must-have:

• Understanding of Securities Lending domain and custody applications
• Strong analytical skills and an out of box thinker
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure
• Work as an intermediary between vendor and business users
• Do gap analysis between as-is and to-be, liaising with business leaders, users and vendors to get to the solution
• Experience with transformation and migration projects highly desirable
• Manage and track UAT with businesses users
• Provide updates for steerco meetings
• Work with migration team to create migration day run books.
• Knowledge of confluence, jira and qtest
• Flexible and adaptable as the resource is required to work on multiple things if required.

• Knowledge of 5+ years in Custody/Security services - Trade processing, corporate actions, pensions, benefit payments, entitlements
• Proven experience working as a BA, in various delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and/or Agile.
• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on small to medium projects.
