Position Overview:

Maximizing profitable sales from inbound inquiries while cross and up selling core products.

Personal Obligations:

To show a high level of selling competency and organizational skills working within a team environment providing a professional sales experience to prospects and customers. Ensure the best possible representation of the company, its services, and values at all times.

Performance Objectives:

Performance is monitored through agreed Performance Standards & Measures and individual review with Line Management every 6 months.

Specific Responsibilities:

Being responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries through Xtreme Wear Parts and Rubber Track Canada, identifying the sales opportunity and winning the order in a professional manner

Preparing customer quotations, ensuring profitability is maximized by up-selling and cross-selling, (nuts, bolts, sprockets, etc) with a focus on product mix.

Being accountable for sales activity and able to switch between Xtreme Wear Parts and Rubber Track Canada roles while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Ensuring all quotes and feedback from customer discussions are accurately recorded on the CRM system and available to other team members.

Ensure all quotations are followed up in a timely manner to maximize sales opportunity.

Processing sales orders quickly and accurately, working in line with company procedures.

Keeping the data on the CRM accurate, updating number of machines and customer categories.

Being a self-starter and utilizing open time, outbound calls, actively hunting for new business. Calling any new customer signup and reviewing abandoned carts.

Job Qualification

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Requirements

Dynamic, motivated and hungry for sales success

Proven sales experience - either telephone based or field based

Track record of over-achieving targets

Strong phone selling skills and active listening

Ability to upsell and cross sell relevant items to increase margin

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Building effective working relationships with internal and external customers

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to influence

Strong attention to detail

Skilled in negotiation

Experience of working with technical or complex information
