We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales, Reservations & Business Development Specialist based in Montreal to become part of Fantasia Villas, an internationally recognized name in luxury villa rentals and bespoke travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for our exclusive portfolio of luxury villas and high-end travel experiences worldwide.
  • Manage reservation inquiries with professionalism and personalized service, guiding clients through a seamless booking journey.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with discerning clients and trusted partners in the luxury hospitality and travel space.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the Montreal and broader North American market.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Solid background in sales, reservations, or business development - preferably within luxury villa rentals, boutique travel agencies, or high-end hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and French.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Residing in or around Montreal.

Position Details

  • Location: Montreal (remote or hybrid, based on candidate preferences).
  • Role Type: Flexible - part-time or full-time, depending on experience and availability.
  • Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience (to be discussed during the interview).
