We're currently seeking a Business Development Associate to lead our expansion efforts across individual and group markets. This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential for self-starters driven by purpose and performance.
What you'll do
Prospect and build relationships with individuals, business owners, and HR teams
Promote investment and insurance solutions including:
Group benefits: group health, group RRSPs/pensions, and employee insurance plans
Build referral pipelines through networking, cold outreach, and community presence
Educate clients on options and guide them toward informed, customized decisions
Work collaboratively with our advisory team to deliver exceptional service
Ideal Candidate
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales, finance, or insurance
Strong understanding of investments and insurance products (LLQP/Mutual Fund License an asset)
Results-driven and capable of operating independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Thrives in a commission-based environment and wants to grow with a modern, independent firm
