Job Description:
- Formulate and execute dynamic sales strategies and plans to surpass sales targets.
- Generate 20-30 virtual customer meetings per month, utilizing leads provided by the marketing team, expanding existing relationships and
- Engage relevant stakeholders for online meetings and aid in constructing the foundation for a customer business case.
- Present and differentiate our product from competitors, emphasizing our unique and compelling value proposition.
- Spearhead sales for new products
- Forecast and meet substantial revenue targets, achieving assigned sales volume.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with global and local Marketing and Business Development teams to boost lead generation and brand awareness.
- Aid in channel planning processes and sales forecasting for assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of plans, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a complex solution sales process
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue through discovery, prospecting, and new business generation.
- Proven experience in selling software to SMB (Enterprise is also nice to have).
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce)
- Previous work experience in the requirements management software market is a bonus but not essential.
- Self-starter and team player who knows how to leverage the strengths of others.
- Lifelong learner as its important to stay on top of current market and technology trends.
- The ability to ask thoughtful discovery questions, (Open, Probe, Confirm) and use what you've learned to help craft valuable solutions to our clients.
