Seeking a Workday Analyst to join a Talent Acquisition team within a global leader in luxury hospitality! This is a technical, hands-on role focused on optimizing Workday Recruiting and related systems.

What You'll Do:

• Configure and manage Workday Recruiting modules
• Implement process improvements across ATS and CRM systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance recruiting workflows

What You Bring:

• Experience with Workday Recruiting configuration and support
• Strong understanding of ATS/CRM systems
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams
