Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Change Manager - Intermediate for a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension or conversion to full-time. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence every Wednesday and Thursday, and every fourth Friday, in downtown Toronto.

Support enterprise-wide regulatory programs, initially focused on compliance with OSFI's E21 Guideline on Operational Risk Management and Resilience. Collaborate with program leadership, change leads, and cross-functional teams to drive high-priority initiatives within SEPP and TI&I. Lead the development and execution of change management strategies, including communications, training, and readiness activities to ensure successful adoption. Engage stakeholders across business, compliance, and training functions to support implementation and sustainment of regulatory change.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 4-5 years of experience in change management within a financial institution or consulting environment
  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated change plans including communications, training, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel basics: SUM, AVERAGE, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, MIS, Operations, or a related field
  • Change management certifications: CCMP, Prosci, CMP, or CMS
  • Experience delivering regulatory initiatives or working in regulatory environments
