We're currently hiring two experienced Graphics Prepress Specialists who can transform creative files into flawless, press-ready artwork. If you're a detail-obsessed pro with a strong background in print production and a passion for packaging, you'll thrive in this fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and optimize customer-supplied artwork for both digital and flexible packaging formats.

• Apply trapping, colour correction, and file formatting based on specific press requirements.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and version control across a range of jobs and clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams-including sales, production, and press operators to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues before they reach production.

• Support proofing workflows and facilitate client approvals when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of prepress or graphics production experience (print or packaging industry required).

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); Esko software experience is a strong asset.

• Solid understanding of CMYK, spot colour workflows, dielines, trapping, overprint settings, and RIP processes.

• Previous exposure to digital and/or flexographic printing environments.

• Meticulous attention to detail with a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines effectively.
