About the Role
We're hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to help connect the dots between Product, Sales, and Marketing.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role, ideal for someone with a few years of B2B product marketing experience who is ready to take the next step toward leadership.
You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to shape product messaging, support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and create materials that enable MSPs and IT providers to understand and adopt our solutions.
If you're a strong communicator who thrives on turning features into customer-focused stories, you're good at producing helpful, actionable content and are comfortable being the face of a brand in short videos or webinars, this role is for you.
In this role, you'll:
- Develop positioning and messaging tailored to MSPs and IT buyers
- Lead product launch communications (internal and external)
- Create product and sales content: briefs, one-pagers, guides, battlecards
- Drive the creation of blogs, landing pages, web copy, videos, and presentations to support lead generation, sales enablement, and customer education.
- Represent Vircom on-camera in short product videos, webinars, and tutorials.
- Conduct market research, maintain competitive intelligence, and gather customer insights through interviews and win/loss analysis.
- Maintain and refine MSP buyer personas based on market feedback.
- Collaborate on campaign messaging and support Customer Success with adoption and retention strategies.
- Gather feedback from Sales, Success, and customers to continuously refine positioning and content.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and on-camera.
- Experience with MSP audiences is a strong asset.
- Skilled at translating technical features into clear customer value.
- Hands-on, project-driven mindset; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Familiar with SEO and content distribution best practices.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
