- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in an IAM-focused role.
- Proficiency with cloud IAM tools.
- Hands-on experience with IAM products such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
- Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
