About the Role:

We're partnered with a well-established financial services organization undergoing a major transformation. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role supporting the build of a brand-new internal platform from the ground up, within a collaborative and hands-on environment.

Project Overview:

The initiative focuses on automating and digitizing a complex, high-volume financial process. You'll help lead the architecture, design, and integration of this platform-working closely with agile, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Help shape and document approaches to technology and architecture.
• Support the design and evolution of both new and existing systems.
• Collaborate with teams to turn business ideas into practical technical plans.
• Ensure solutions are efficient, reliable, and meet long-term needs.
• Anticipate and address potential challenges during delivery.
• Provide documentation and guidance to support ongoing development and maintenance.
• Encourage best practices across teams and stay informed on relevant tools and trends.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong hands-on background in Java, Angular, and Python
• Experience with API integrations (preferred)
• Skilled in designing and building systems from the ground up
• Comfortable in a hands-on technical environment
