OmniStudio Solution Designer

Toronto (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite)

24-Month Contract

We're hiring an experienced OmniStudio Solution Designer for a leading consultancy supporting one of Canada's largest banks. This role is perfect for someone who can bridge business needs with technical capabilities and design scalable, OmniStudio-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design of OmniStudio solutions, aligned with business objectives
• Define component architecture: FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• Collaborate with developers and client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of Salesforce solution design or architecture experience
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity platform
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Background in banking/financial services preferred
