Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full stack Engineer with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies. This role is critical in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale distributed web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• For Fullstack & Frontend Focus:
• 12+ years of experience in frontend development, building large-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3 (LESS/SASS), AJAX, and streaming technologies.
• Strong understanding of frontend frameworks, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Mocha/Chai.
• Knowledge of drag-and-drop functionality, image editing, and real-time streaming is a plus.

• For Fullstack & Backend Focus:
• 12+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented design and architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and building RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching techniques, messaging systems, and asynchronous workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and logging systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices, OAuth, JSON, and authentication mechanisms.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cross-platform UX design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies for backend engineers and vice versa.
• Experience working in high-traffic enterprise environments with millions of users.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, and Operations, to develop and maintain high-quality web applications.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using frontend and backend technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, release, triage, bug fixes, and documentation.
• Define and implement REST-based interfaces and work with relational and NoSQL storage technologies.
• Optimize web applications for performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and provide mentorship to other engineers.
• Work in an Agile environment utilizing tools like JIRA, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
