Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Azure, OpenAI APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
• Mobile Development: Hands-on experience with frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• DevOps: Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and related DevOps practices for streamlined deployment and infrastructure management.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to drive complex projects to completion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Workflow, Middleware, and Agentic System Design & Development: Drive backend development with a focus on centralization and automation, creating streamlined workflows, robust middleware solutions, and innovative agentic systems.
• Web and Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using frameworks like React and Node.js (Flask or FastAPI for backend optional).
• AI Integration: Build and integrate AI solutions into existing systems to enhance functionality and user experiences.
• DevOps Management: Manage initiatives in CI/CD pipeline development, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure setup to ensure seamless deployment processes.
• Data Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers / business analysts to activate data sources and transform them into actionable insights.
• UI/UX Enhancement: Refactor client portals and Salesforce features to deliver a modern, responsive, and user-friendly experience.
• Mobile Feature Development: Design and maintain mobile app features, including push notifications, biometric login, and location services, to meet evolving user needs.
