Working with one of the top clients, this role calls for a Principal Fullstack Engineer (Java/ React/ Node.js).

Desired Skill Set:

• 30-40% hands-on development; remaining focus on solutioning, leading, driving technical change, and contributing to strategic direction
• Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, modern applications
• Proficient across multiple tech stacks, including: Java, React, Python, JavaScript
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially Azure
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker
• Well-versed in DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code
• Solid database knowledge-comfortable with SQL, NoSQL, or hybrid solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a mindset for continuous improvement
