The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and business growth by promoting and selling SYSPRO and Acumatica ERP. This position is responsible for identifying prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and closing sales for our ERP implementation and advisory services. As part of a small, dynamic team, the ERP Sales Manager must be adaptable, strategic, and passionate about helping businesses optimize their operations through ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for SYSPRO and Acumatica.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with a customer-centric approach.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct or facilitate product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance and growth.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Help with account management sales and monitoring customer success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP sales or software solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific ERP solutions.
  • Experience selling ERP solutions tailored for SMBs.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms and implementation processes.
