About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and driven National Field Manager to lead one of our Premium client's programs across Canada. This role will oversee a network of Regional Field Managers and Field Sales Teams, ensuring flawless retail execution, team engagement, and consistent performance delivery across all regions.

You will be the primary point of contact for client performance KPIs, ensuring expectations are exceeded through strong coaching, strategic planning, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep retail knowledge, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for premium brands and performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national field team, including Regional Field Managers and Field Sales Representatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and recognition to drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Execute field coaching, training, and succession planning strategies in partnership with HR and training teams.

Client & Program Management

  • Serve as the key strategic liaison for the client; manage day-to-day communications and ensure alignment on performance KPIs and program goals.
  • Lead regular business reviews with the client, presenting performance insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Operations, Talent, Training) to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.

Sales & Execution

  • Drive national retail sales execution, ensuring consistency and excellence in customer experience and product representation.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, compensation plans, and field initiatives to exceed performance goals.
  • Analyze sales and field data to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic & Operational Oversight

  • Build and implement national business plans, aligned to client objectives and internal success metrics.
  • Monitor field performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Ensure compliance, coverage, and brand standards are upheld across all retail locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, CPG, or premium consumer electronics, Home Appliance (national/multi-regional preferred).
  • Bilingual French and English is a must.
  • Proven success leading multi-level sales or field teams and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong client-facing experience with ability to manage executive-level relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with operational rigor and problem-solving agility.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally as required.
